❖ Payment needs to be sent FIRST.❖ If the Client does not pay the Artist or the Client wordlessly tries to get a payment returned via Paypal, the Client will be blacklisted, muted and publically listed for others to see. Future commissions will no longer be accepted by the blacklisted Client.❖ Do not message the Artist with requests solely to lower prices. Price negotiations only happen based on level of detail, overall illustration wanted or if you're one of the Artist's Patrons with a Tier discount.❖ All payment will be done in $USD (United States Dollars). By commissioning the Artist, the Client understands and agrees that a physical product will not be mailed (unless specifically and mutually agreed upon prior and mentioned in any invoices.) The Client will receive a digital file of the commissioned artwork. If the client received and paid the invoice, the commission has officially started.❖ The Client must read and agree to all of the terms listed before commissioning the Artist. By paying the invoice the Client agrees to these terms of service.❖ Commissions will be provided to the Client via email in .png format (PDF possible); Files will be of highest resolution (which may be up to 7k x 7k pixels maximum and 600 dpi minimum) and include both watermarked and un-watermarked copies of the finished product.❖ While an addendum to the TOS is not technically required, for posterity sake know that the Artist does not and will not deal in crypto currencies or NFT's. Understand as well as a fair warning that should the Client commission the Artist in order to mint and turn a profit from a non-commercial personal piece of artwork, the Artist CAN and WILL file a DMCA for an immediate legal take down.❖ Additionally, the artist does not give permission for any of his art to be added to any pool for ai software to resource from. Unless commissioner expresses prior request for it.
